 Standards of Practice

Massachusetts real estate licensees (brokers and salespersons) are not required to belong to a trade association such as the National Association of Realtors (NAR) or the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) to assist home buyers and sellers in the state.  But their memberships indicates a commitment to professional standards and / or code of ethics.

All brokers and agents are subject to the regulatory requirements of the Massachusetts Board of Registration.  Complaints against licensees can be directed to the Office of Investigations.
