PREVIEWING PROPERTIES

Today, with the ability of previewing properties electronically, a home buyer can see photos and data for all MLS properties and increasingly for properties For Sale By Owner.

Local buyers can drive-by properties that are of interest and then view them with their agent.  However, buyers from out of the area may need a Buyer’s Agent to personally preview properties and select those that are appropriate for the buyer.  

This way when an out-of-area buyer makes a trip to view properties they will see only those properties that fit the buyer’s criteria. 

Personal previewing does take additional time and effort on the part of a Buyer’s Agent.  Talk with your agent to come to an agreement as to how previewing properties will be done.  Will it include FSBO properties?  Will there be any additional cost or is it included in the agreement ?
