Recent Home Sales

Buyer Agents want to make sure their buyers are familiar with recent sales in their communties of interest.  If you call or email us we will be happy to give you specific details of how much homes have sold for in various towns.  You can also find average and median prices for sale on our home search mapping program by simply running your cursor over the town.

If you'd like more detail you can always sign up for our MLS Access to get information including recent sales.

If you are looking to find the specific value of a particular home you will find Zillow to be a good resource.  It would be a good idea is to watch the ZILLOW video on Zestimates.

Or you can get a reasonably priced property value study right here.

NOTE:  When we find a home you are interested in buying, we do a thorough price analysis of that property and then negotiate and advocate for you in the purchase.
