My wife and I were recently looking for housing on the South Shore and Metro West suburbs of Boston, and decided on Buyer’s Choice after interviewing several other agents from other firms.  We chose John because of his positive demeanor and knowledge of the constantly changing housing market.  Throughout the process, John constantly researched towns in the areas in which we were looking and kept in almost daily contact with his updates on listings.  He spent hours traveling to our viewings all over the Boston area without complaint; always willing to go the extra mile to see additional listings we were interested in.

After several months of looking, we finally found the perfect house in Wrentham, MA.  Unfortunately, it was a foreclosure with multiple banks involved, each with their own lawyers and representatives.  The closing process took almost four months and absolutely would not have happened without John’s involvement.  Again, John took it upon himself to make daily phone calls to the parties involved, doing all he could to speed the process along.  John provided daily updates throughout the ordeal, advising us of the day’s accounts and setbacks as cheerfully as he could.  Once the frustration ended, John was there at the closing to hand us the keys.
